LACNIC invites the regional community to participate in the third eLAC2007 Foresight exercise about ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) that is being developed in the frame of the Information Society Program, ECLAC, United Nations, which will enable to know the priorities development of the Information Society in Latin American and Caribbean from more than 1000 regional expert’s perspective.

The questionnaire results will be considered as base of the discussion and identification of priorities process to be included in the next Regional Plan of Action eLAC2010 that will be agreed in the Ministerial Conference of the regional governments to be held from 6 to 8 November in El Salvador and that will replace the current eLAC2007 Plan.
