"Great Place to Work 2017": LACNIC Ranks Among the 6 greatest Places to Work

For the sixth consecutive year, international consultants Great Place to Work have included LACNIC in their ranking of the best places to work in Uruguay.

This time, LACNIC took the sixth place in this prestigious competition in the category of up to 150 employees.

LACNIC CEO Oscar Robles highlighted the commitment and effort of each member of the organization in making this a great place for both professional and personal development. 

“For LACNIC, it is essential to maintain an excellent working environment that allows continuous improvement in daily performance and the generation of alternative solutions to the challenges we face,” noted Robles.

As part of its continuous improvement, this year LACNIC launched Me cuido +, a wellness program that seeks to strengthen the personal awareness of each of our collaborators, allowing time and creating spaces for their emotional, spiritual and physical development.

The study is conducted annually by Great Place to Work in over 45 countries worldwide. In 2017, it ranked LACNIC among the best companies to work for in Uruguay.

The analysis conducted by Great Place to Work is the most well-respected study on workplace excellence and leadership practices.

The study has been published in Uruguay since 2003 and uses the same methodology as in the rest of the world: surveying employees regarding the level of trust and the quality of the relationships between them and management, and assessing company policies and practices.
